Chloe Bennet says no sign of her returning to Marvel Universe

Chloe Bennet has made it known she’d love to revive her character Daisy Johnson, AKA Quake, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

However, rumors aside, she says it’s not likely to happen.

“I have not once been approached or asked or involved in anything after I wrapped S.H.I.E.L.D. And I am not involved in anything that is coming out,” she told Screen Rant.

As far back as 2021, fans created buzz that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would return in some sort of reboot of the series on Disney+.

Now there’s talk among fans that she could return in the upcoming adaptation of Secret Invasion which was created by Brian Michael Bendis and Leinil Francis Yu according to Heroic Hollywood.

“Of course. Of course, I would be open to it. Listen, there’s a lot of stuff around that. I so deeply love S.H.I.E.L.D.’s fans because it’s this tenacity that got the show on air to begin with… I have not been asked.”

She’s made it clear it’s not her choice, even if she would be open to the idea.

“I would be more than excited to put on the suit again. And, of course, of course, Daisy is a big part of who I am. So I would love to, but I have not been communicated [with] about it.”I would be more than excited to put on the suit again. And, of course, of course, Daisy is a big part of who I am. So I would love to, but I have not been communicated [with] about it,” she said.

Fans will have to be content to see her in Dave on FXX and the animated movie Rally Road Racers which came out earlier this month. She plays the voice of the lead character, Shelby in which racers compete in a rally along China’s Silk Road trade route.

She’s also the lead in the romcom Married by Mistake which came out in March. She wakes up after a night of drunken partying to learn that somehow she is now married.
