XG breaks into top 40. Set to appear on finale of The Voice

The Japanese Hip Hop/R&B group XG has broken into the top 40 based on the Mediabase Top 40 Radio Airplay Chart for the third year in a row.

It’s hit Gala has gained in popularity since its released in September. Its success follows its other top 40 tunes Left Right (2023) and Woke Up (2024). 

The group performed at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April.

It’s set to perform on national television for the finale of The Voice on NBC on December 16.

The seven members of XG consist of Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey, Juria, Maya and Cocona.

Their first full album Core will be released on January 23. They’ll then head out for their XG World Tour: The Core in February.
